Essence of Delirium is an essence. It can only be obtained by using a Remnant of CorruptionRemnant of CorruptionStack Size: 9Corrupts the Essences trapping a monster, modifying them unpredictably
Right click this item then left click a monster trapped by Essences to corrupt them. Corrupted Essences cannot be modified again.
Shift click to unstack. Remnant of Corruption inventory icon on a group of monsters trapped by an Essence of Scorn, Envy, Misery or Dread of any level (the purple map-only essences). See here for more info.

Version history

Version	Changes
3.0.0	Decay from Essence of Delirium now deals 500 damage per second, down from 750, and its duration has been reduced to 8 seconds, down from 10. Essence of Delirium on a Body Armour now reduces the chaos damage over time taken by 25%, down from 50%.
2.5.0	The weapon mod from Essence of Delirium now deals 750 chaos damage per second for 10 seconds (down from 1,000).
2.4.0	Introduced to the game.
