Mechanics
The Enemies Chilled by you take 100% increased Burning Damage modifier is an effect that is tacked onto any ability where it chills an enemy while this weapon is equipped. As such, chilling an enemy would provide the increased burning damage on abilities performed by all members in your party. This effect only applies to enemies chilled directly by the player, notably not by the chilled ground effects from skills such as Arctic Armour, Module Error: No skills found with q_where = skill.active_skill_name="Arctic Breath" and Vortex.[1]
