Toxic Delivery is a notable Ascendancy passive skill for the Assassin that grants extra chaos damage based on physical damage against bleeding enemies and reduced damage taken from Damage Over Time effects. It also causes poison that was applied with a critical strike and bleeding applied on maimed enemies to deal more damage.
