The Rogue Harbour

The Rogue Harbour is a town from the Heist league. The portal to the area can only be opened by using a Rogue's Marker inventory iconRogue's MarkerRogue's MarkerStack Size: 50000Creates a portal to the Rogue Harbour from a Town or Hideout
Used as Currency for services in the Rogue Harbour
Right click on this item while in a Town or Hideout to use it.
Shift click to unstack.

Other NPC can also be found in this town but not interactable: Tarkleigh and Hargan.

In addition, any Syndicate member that is not on the "active" Syndicate board , can also appear in the Rogue Harbour.[1]
