The Envoy

The Envoy is an NPC encountered on maps that introduces the player to The Maven, introduced in the Echoes of the Atlas expansion. He can be randomly found while running maps.

Unlike any other NPC in the game, the Envoy's volume will remain consistent regardless of your distance.
