The ammy seem considered as a league-specific as in the drop table of 
Time-Lost IncubatorTime-Lost IncubatorAdds an incubated League-specific Unique item to an equippable item
Item drops after killing # monstersLeague-specific Unique ItemRight click this item then left click an item to apply it. The Incubated item drops after killing a specific number of monsters.
(See reddit post), but at 3.6, it is not quite linked to the league mechanics , unless enough claim the ammy only drop in the memory chest. It did not have a slot (have a hidden slot) in perma standard unique tab BTW. Neokowloon (talk) 08:22, 30 June 2019 (UTC)
