Dread Banner for max calculation?[]
I'm not sure the calculation of max effect maxes sense. Dread Banner's fortify effect only applies to the fortify granted by the skill (so it wouldn't be compatible with e.g. Fortify Support) Doesntmatter11 (talk) 05:40, 13 March 2021 (UTC)
