Based on poedb extract on Dark Vortex, and compare to pypoe extracted data, it seem the debuff is from the skill Skill:LunarisDarkProjectile, which mentioned a stat id "ground_maelstrom_art_variation". Neokowloon (talk) 15:50, 2 May 2020 (UTC)
