Drop location[]
Ok, keep it here as there is offsite discussion of drop location https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/3000658
People claimed it drop from Dig Map but did not have screenshot (despite you can troll others by drop a card on the ground and then take screenshot).
According to the Stacked Deck results the card itself is rare. Neokowloon (talk) 09:21, 8 January 2021 (UTC)
