Is that a screenshot from today? Perhaps, the server hosting the POE website that it is automatically connecting to hasn't had its taste of hate icon updated. Also, where did you find the higher resolution icon for taste of hate?
Hey, you asked me a while ago about making porting unique items to other language wikis a bit easier. I'm currently working on adding the flavour text ids to unique items which means the text for other languages can be gotten from the game data files more easily. I don't think I can do the same for item names, but I can probably come up with a script that can do it with some accuracy. I'll be testing it on the german wiki, but I'll let you know if I can get something done
Why did you revert the Taste of Hate inventory icon to the older version? That icon is no longer used anywhere in the game.
I didn't check it in the game, but at the time of replacement, I checked the Path Of Exile:Trade. And there was no new icon.
Interesting, I also used https://www.pathofexile.com/trade/search/Metamorph/NK3Et5 at the time of replacement and the icon was completely phased out by then. This is the icon that taste of hate has been pulling up since I updated it: https://web.poecdn.com/gen/image/WzksNCx7ImYiOiJBcnRcLzJESXRlbXNcL0ZsYXNrc1wvVGFzdGVPZkhhdGUiLCJzcCI6MC42MDg1LCJsZXZlbCI6MH1d/fdc3742db8/Item.png
Are you using the english version of the website?

Yes, this screenshot was taken yesterday. But even now (after clearing the cache) I have an old icon.
The high-resolution icon is taken from the game files.
