Can Allocate Passives from the Templar's starting point [1]

Path of the Templar is a notable Ascendancy passive skill for the Ascendant that grants two passive skill points and allows the Ascendant to allocate skill points from the Templar's starting point in the passive skill tree.

3.0.0	The Ascendant's Path of the Marauder, Duelist, Ranger, Shadow, Witch and Templar skills now each grant 2 passive skill points in addition to allowing you to place passive points at their respective starting locations.
