Nearby enemies have -30% to Critical Strike Multiplier 
Overwhelm is a notable Ascendancy passive skill for the Slayer that sets the base critical strike chance of the equipped weapon to 7.5%, added critical strike multiplier per nearby enemy, and reduces the critical strike multiplier of nearby enemies.
This passive overrides the weapon's critical strike chance value to 7.5%. Additional sources of base critical strike chance will be applied over this override.
