Base duration is 12 seconds
+3% Chance to Block Spell Damage while holding a ShieldPlace into an item socket of the right colour to gain this skill. Right click to remove from a socket. in that the reflected damage is a set amount and not scaled by the damage of the attack. The attacker does not need to deal lightning damage to have damage reflected.
