Walkthrough
This quest is given by Greust, as soon as you arrive at the Forest Encampment. The goal is to investigate the Chamber of Sins.

Investigate the Blackguards that are searching the Chamber of Sins.
Greust: I have seen warriors in black in the east. They are from your Oriath. Better fed, better armed than you, exile. Oriath did not want you, so why does it follow you here?
You will understand what you see more than I. Go east and find these warriors in black. If there is danger to us, I need to learn of it.
Kill Fidelitas
Kill Fidelitas and rescue the girl from the monsters in the Chamber of Sins.
Helena: That thing... it slaughtered everyone. Help me!
Talk to the girl
Talk to the girl who was hiding from Fidelitas and the other monsters in the Chamber of Sins.
Helena: Piety was after a creation of Maligaro’s called the ‘Baleful Gem’. It’s nearby, and it’s something that heartless bitch must never get her hands on.
Please find it and meet me at that Azmeri village by the river. My days with the Ebony Legion are done!
