A large portion of relevant modules/templates have now been switched to cargo. Various usages of SMW throughout the wiki need to be replaced by the new functions, in particular item tables. If some pages do not show up but contain no errors, please null-edit them. To see how you can help with the port check out Path_of_Exile_Wiki:To-do_list/SMW_migration (and leave a comment on the talk page if you have questions).

Mighty warriors of the distant tundras of the Freezing North travelled across the seas and oceans and some of them landed also on Wraeclast. Their settlers have quickly dissoluted in the Wraeclastian population, their bloodline dispersed and their language was forgotten, but some bits of their culture remained. The useful bits. One of these bits is a combat technique known as Ice Crash. The warrior activates the bits of northern bloodline that remains in his veins and hits the ground with all his strength, causing ice to erupt from the ground and grievously injure those who stand close enough.Description on the official Path of Exile website
