Gathering Winds is a notable Ascendancy passive skill for the Deadeye. It applies Tailwind to you and nearby allies if you have used a skill in the past 4 seconds. It also increases the effect of Tailwind on you for each skill you've used in the past 4 seconds by 10% up to a maximum of 100% and grants flat evasion rating bonus to you while you have Tailwind.
Tailwind increases the animation speed of affected targets by 10%.
