3.11.0	Base Crit chance is now 7.3% (from 7%), Implicit now grants 20% Block chance (from 18%). (Not in patch note) Damage increased to 53-160. (up from 46-137)
3.8.0	Several Staves are now classified as Warstaves. Warstaves can no longer roll caster-related modifiers, while Staves retain their old mod generation behaviour.
3.7.0	Certain staff base types can no longer roll spell-based mods such as added damage for spells or increased spell damage. Their base attack speeds have been slightly increased, and their damage decreased to compensate. This affects all existing versions of these base types. 2.6.0	Implicit mod increased to 18% Chance to Block (up from 12%). Using a Blessed Orb will update existing staves to the new value. Critical strike chance decreased to 6.4% (down from 7%).
