Headsman is a notable Ascendancy passive skill for the Slayer that causes hits with your skills to kill enemies if they reach 20% or less life after being hit, similar to Culling Strike. It also grants increased movement speed when you kill any enemy and increased attack speed if you killed a rare or unique enemy.
You now gain 10% increased attack speed for 20 seconds when you kill a Rare or Unique enemy (from 20%). You now gain 10% increased movement speed for 20 seconds when you kill an enemy (from 20%).
No longer grants Onslaught for 20 seconds when you kill a rare or unique enemy, instead granting 20% increased attack speed for 20 seconds when you kill a rare or unique enemy. Now also grants 20% increased movement speed for 20 seconds when you kill an enemy (of any rarity).
