Mechanics

Status ailments (such as shock) require an initial hit to determine whether they apply to the enemy. Therefore, the first hit on an ailment-free enemy will apply the shock, and only subsequent hits will leech life.

Applying shocked ground on the enemy can be used to skip the requirement of the first hit.

Drop restrictions

Berek's Grip was exclusive to the Nemesis and Domination leagues. It is currently obtainable by trading, exchanging specific divination cards or through Zana's map device.
