Also referred to as:

    Staves is an item class of two-handed melee weapons that require strength and intelligence and have a x% Chance to Block Attack Damage while wielding a Staff implicit modifier as well as a moderately high base critical strike chance.

    Maraketh weapons with this item class have a x% increased Global Critical Strike Chance implicit instead.

    Staves are split into two categories: regular Staves and Warstaves. Warstaves cannot roll caster-based affixes, and regular Staves can roll all kinds of staff affixes.
