When a zombie controlled by the character kills an enemy, its corpse explodes dealing 20% of its maximum life as fire damage to other nearby enemies.[1]

Drop restrictions

Mon'Tregul's Grasp is a Map-only unique item that requires 75 item level to spawn (via drop).[2]
