Skill Functions and Interactions
Area of effect: all damage from expended charges is dealt simultaneously within a radius centered around the caster. This radius can be altered with area of effect modifiers. Discharge has a target cap of 30 targets, meaning that even if Discharge's area of effect covers more than 30 monsters, only 30 of them would be hit.
Charge bonuses: any bonuses granted from the charges that are being expended will be actively applied to that cast of Discharge. For example, expending three Power Charges and three Frenzy Charges will cause that cast of Discharge to have +150% increased chance to crit, deal 12% more damage, and the cast time will be increased by 12%. Once Discharge is finished casting, charge bonuses will no longer apply.
Charge-gaining effects: this skill will apply charge-gaining effects after the loss of the charges consumed to cast it. For example, critical hits while wearing the Voll's ProtectorVoll's Protector
